Why am I having problems accessing the KIX 106 Country Club?

When are new items added to the KIX 106 Store? And how is it possible the items sell out so quickly?
This is probably the most asked question that we receive here at KIX 106. The items go UP in the store every week on Monday morning. Then after that a second batch of those same prizes might go up later in the week at a random time just to keep it going. We are trying to accomodate everyone with prizes, but our database continues to grow and once an item is featured in the KIX 106 Store, there's no stopping how quickly our members use their points for the items. Unfortunately, we do not have a massive inventory of prizes, and we are trying to do the best with what we have.
Country Club Store: All prizes on the Country Club Store page are on a first come, first serve basis. The Country 106.7 Country Club Country Club Store Page lists all of the available prizes and their associated Point value. Once you have earned enough Points to "redeem" the prize of your choice you may "buy" the prize by logging in and visiting the Country Club Store Page. Then just enter the quantity of the prize you want (please note, some prizes may have a quantity limit of 1 per member), and click "Buy". If you have enough Points, haven't exceeded the redemption limit, and inventory is sufficient, a page will come up which confirms your redemption and provides you with instructions on how to claim your prize. IMPORTANT NOTE: upon making a prize redemption, be sure to print off a copy of your confirmation page.
Why do the KIX 106 Store items read "this item will go on
sale at APPROXIMATELY..."?
We are always trying to keep things fair throughout the KIX 106 Country Club. The problem with putting the exact time that something goes "live" is that our time that is set in our "backend" can be different than yours at home. This way you're aware of the general time an item will go "live", instead of waiting for an exact time.
I haven't received any points for signing up. Why?
The reason for this may be because you haven't entered the code that was provided in the first e-mail your received. You can enter this code and all others under Earn Points and clicking Bonus Codes.
Why does my account status say "pending"?
After you register, your account status will remain "pending" until your email address is verified. Your email address is verified and your account validated once you click on the link in the email you receive from us. (This email will come from email@example.com.) You can still earn Points while you are waiting for your account to be validated. You will not, however, be able to claim any prizes or redeem raffle entries until your account status is valid.
I did not receive an email asking me to validate my account. What should I do?
If you did not receive an email from us and your account is still pending, please follow these instructions:

- This will bring you to a page with instructions on how to validate your account

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?
If you're having trouble logging into your account, please try the following solutions:
Check your security settings. Your internet security settings must be set to "medium".
Check your privacy settings. Your internet privacy settings must be set to "medium".
You may have to add us to your trusted sites.
What is the difference between a Reward Songs of the Day and a Bonus Code?
The Reward Songs of the Day is given out at various times. Your have 24 hours from the time the song is announced, to enter it. A Bonus Code is given out through e-mails and special giveaways and events. Please check when receiving a bonus code to see if there is an expiration date.
How do I earn Points?
Go to the Country 106.7 website and click on the Country 106.7 Country Club link. Enter your username and password in the login box on the left hand side of the page. Once you've logged in, click on one of the categories under Earn Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.
How do I use my Points to earn Rewards? There are two ways to earn rewards with your Points. You can redeem Points for goods and services that are offered on the Country Club Store page or you can redeem Points for entries into our Enter to Win Drawings. To access either the Country Club Store or Enter to Win page, log in and click on one of the categories under Spend Points, located on the menu bar near the top of the page.
Enter to Win: You can enter any of our Enter to Win as many times as you wish (as long as you have enough Points). To redeem an entry into the Enter to Win of your choice, please visit the Upcoming Enter to Win page, click on the drawing you'd like to enter, select the number of entries you'd like to redeem, and click the "Purchase Entries" button. Remember, the more entries you have, the better your chances of winning!

What do I need to play the Country 106.7 Country Club?
The Country 106.7 Country Club will run on any machine running Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape 7.0 or above. You will also need Internet access. The Country 106.7 Country Club is not supported on Web TV.
Can I join the Country 106.7 Country Club if I have a Macintosh computer?
The Country 106.7 Country Club Program can be played on any Macintosh running Netscape versions 7.0 and above.

Clear memory cache
Clear Disk cache
Then Try again
Internet Explorer Users (must be using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher):
If you are using AOL:
You will need to clear you cache AND delete your "cookies"
Click the Start Button in the lower left hand corner
Click Control Panel
Double click Internet Options
Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files
Click OK to delete files
Next, to the right of delete files, click on Settings
Click View Files (it may take a moment for the files to appear)
Click the EDIT pull down menu at the very top of your screen
Click Select All
Click the FILE pull down menu at the very top of your screen
A warning box will appear, click YES
Click X to close that window
Click OK to close the next window
Click OK to close the next window
Click X to close the Control Panel Window
After you have cleared your cache, and/or deleted cookies, close all programs, shut down your computer and log on again.
